I made a last minute appointment and was able to have my car serviced the following day. I was updated throughout the whole day, so I knew what time I could collect my car and exactly how much I'd be paying for my service. I didn't realise that there were so many included services, such as cleaning and roadside assistance - so that was a very pleasant surprise! Cars are not my expertise, so I really appreciated the information provided and the tips from the staff. Nothing is too much, and when you get there to pick up your car after driving their relativy new fleet of loan cars (unlike other mechanics old worn out clap traps), you see your car all sparkling from its wash, ready to go. The scary thing with mechanics is the bill, yet also that is handled really well with full communication throughout the process and you know what it will be, before you get there, no hidden extras. This clean, tidy, professional local business fixed the rear brakes on my mums French Renault which were squealing when I delivered the vehicle. Warragul Automotive gave me the use of a loan car so I could continue with my daily grind. When they had inspected the brakes the mechanics called me to tell what had been found and the reason why. Then Peter Cox from Warragul Automotive rang to inform me that part had been delayed and if need be I could keep the loan car until the repairs were complete. Later, before I know it, Peter is phoning again to tell the Renault is fixed! When I returned late from my work to pick up the Renault I am presented with an easy to read invoice and the old parts - if I wish to take them as proof of repair. The other thing Peter gave me was a clear and logical explanation as to what had been done and why... with no B.S.! I then drove the Renault back to Pakenham to find that the brakes were no longer squealing and the car is stopping great! Nearly six months later the hand brake and brakes are still working beautifully.
